  • Her Holiness, The Winter Dog, a new opera, will be premiered in May 2019 by Kamratōn, Quince Contemporary Vocal Ensemble and Shana Simmons Dance as part of the New Hazelett Theater’s Community Supported Arts series. Libretto by Zachary Webber.
  • In May 2017 Kamratōn premiered his new work In this Styrofoam Room for soprano and chamber ensemble, and subsequently gave it multiple performances, including at Re:Sound New Music Festival in Cleveland, OH.
  • In September 2017 NAT 28 premiere his new work The Domestic Beasts of Vinland Char for soprano and eleven instrumentalists and has performed it subsequently. In 2019 the ensemble will produce a studio recording of the work for their first album.
  • Quince Contemporary Vocal Ensemble will take on tour his recently completed concert-length work, The Passion of the Wilt-Mold Mothers, and will give it a studio recording

  • The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette featured the premiere of The Passion of the Wilt-Mold Mothers on their list of 10 ways to whet your musical appetite this year in Pittsburgh, and described his piece, Rover, as offering “intriguing melodies and fanciful vignettes within the elegant (yes, elegant — bass drum solos come to mind)” in their review of the 2016 Pittsburgh Festival of New Music.
